WELCOME TO THE "SHIH TZU FANCIERS OF SOUTHERN ONTARIO"

The Shih Tzu Fanciers of Southern Ontario was recognized by the Canadian Kennel Club on April 8, 2004, as a non-profit organization.

The Club originated by a group of dedicated individuals, to provide an alternative Shih Tzu Club in Ontario, to promote the Shih Tzu breed.

Our members consist of dedicated breeders, exhibitors and companion dog owners who strive for the preservation and protection of the breed and to improve the character and conformation of the Shih Tzu as described in the official breed standard.

Each year The Shih Tzu Fanciers will be holding Specialty shows, fun matches and other events. Our members focus on sportsmanship, fun and the camaraderie of people who wish to join in our events.

Our news letter, "Top Knot Tails", is published quarterly and is filled with articles and pictures of interest for everyone.

As President of this new and exciting Club, I am proud to be associated with such enthusiastic members, who share the same ideas and goals.
